conSenso® Practice 1Wilmersdorf

Main location for osteopathy, osteopathic women’s health and body psychotherapy

Treatment at the conSenso® Practice in Wilmersdorf

Initial orientation

The main conSenso® location

conSenso® Practice has existed since May 2016.

The practice on Pfalzburger Straße is now the main location for regular treatments.

Integrative osteopathy, osteopathic women’s health and body psychotherapy take place here. The three fields can stand on their own or be thoughtfully connected.

What matters is what brings a patient to the practice and what is meaningful in the individual case.

Fields of care

Integrative Osteopathy

The back, neck, shoulder or jaw can become tight and painful after prolonged sitting, screen work, one-sided strain or stress.

Symptoms involving the head, rib cage, breathing, abdomen, pelvis or hips are also part of the practice’s spectrum.

We do not look only at the place that hurts. Tension often continues across several areas.

We work calmly and precisely where movement is restricted or tissue keeps holding.

Osteopathic Women’s Health

Osteopathic women’s health includes symptoms involving the menstrual cycle, abdomen, pelvis and pelvic floor.

These include period pain, symptoms associated with endometriosis, a tense pelvic floor, chronic pelvic pain, vaginismus, vulvodynia and symptoms following gynaecological procedures.

Support during and after pregnancy, as well as during a fertility journey, also takes place at the Wilmersdorf practice.

Treatment is usually external and is adapted to the individual concern and to what is genuinely possible in the moment.

The third field of the practice

Body Psychotherapy

At the Wilmersdorf location, body psychotherapy can take place as a treatment in its own right or within osteopathic care.

The calm individual appointment setting is particularly valuable where anxiety, exhaustion, traumatic experiences or intimate concerns need sufficient time and an undisturbed space.

The appropriate form of support is considered together in the personal introductory consultation and as treatment progresses.

Appointment · treatment

A particularly protected treatment setting

The practice is designed around calm individual appointments. No parallel appointments take place during your treatment. There is no ongoing waiting-room activity, no treatment in an adjacent room and no through traffic in the practice area.

The reserved time belongs entirely to you. Especially with women’s-health, intimate or body-psychotherapeutic concerns, this setting provides safety, calm and sufficient space for treatment in clear communication.

Regular appointments are scheduled in two-hour intervals. As a rule, there are no waiting times.

Appointments are available Monday to Friday between 11:00 and 21:00. Please arrive as punctually as possible—neither significantly early nor late.

Assessment and treatment

Before the first treatment, we discuss the current concern, existing findings, previous injuries or procedures, medication and any other relevant factors.

During the assessment, we observe how the body stands, moves and breathes. The hands assess where tissue holds tension and which areas are connected.

Assessment and treatment flow into one another.

Treatment does not follow a rigid sequence. It develops from what the body shows and from what is genuinely possible in the moment.
